Common questions

Is Rostik free?

The app is free to download. The illness guide and the vaccination schedules are always free. The diary gives you 5 entries to try, after which it needs a subscription that starts with a 7-day free trial.

Whose vaccination schedule does Rostik show?

Twelve national schedules: the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, Spain, Germany, France, Italy, Portugal, Brazil, Mexico and Russia, plus the WHO international schedule. You see your own country's, and each one names its source.

Can two parents share one diary?

Yes. A partner, a grandparent and a nanny join by invite link, each with their own role: the carer role logs care only, the viewer role changes nothing. Entries appear for everyone instantly.

Is there an Android app?

Not a separate one yet. The web app at app.rostik.app opens in any phone browser and holds the same diary.

What languages does Rostik speak?

The interface is in 11 languages: English, Russian, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Portuguese (including Brazilian), Ukrainian, Polish, Romanian and Turkish. The illness guide is in seven of them.

What happens to the data?

It is stored in the EU under GDPR. There is no advertising and no third-party tracking. The account and every entry can be deleted from inside the app in one tap.

Where do the “time to nap” forecasts come from?

From your own entries and age-appropriate wake windows. They estimate one baby's rhythm; they are not a clinical judgement.

Does Rostik replace a doctor?

No. It is an informational assistant for parents, not a medical device. If warning signs appear, contact your doctor or health visitor; in an emergency call your local emergency number.
